Below are things that may be added on as a result of additional complexity to circumstances or design, or things that can be requested to be added to your piece at an extra charge!Additional Character In Scene: +100% of base price per extra character.
No Clear Visual Reference OR Added Complexity/Detail: +Up to 20% of price, dependent on circumstance. Feel free to ask!
     ★ I am more than happy to work off of partial references (ie picrews, headshots, cobbled together outfit boards, etc), traditional references or the like, but it is more difficult without a proper clear reference with clean digital swatches. Anything without any of these things will be counted as a custom and will be charged as such.
     ★ This category is also for small addons such as extra complex designs, turning art into a badge, etc.
Rush Orders: For any art that is needed by a specific time please ask about rush fees as they differ depending on the deadline!

All artwork and media created by me, Cyrino Aurelio / Cyrinclysm, is subject to copyright protection under law. I retain intellectual property rights and/or artist rights over all of my works. Copyright infringement upon my works will be met with legal action. Claiming credit, artwork ownership, or copyright over my work is strictly prohibited. I reserve the right to make any changes to these Terms of Service at any time, which will become effective immediately upon posting the updated terms.I do not consent to any artwork or media I have created being used in the assistance or creation of AI art generation, any and all cryptocurrencies, or NFT / blockchain-related technology.No depictions of copyrighted or trademarked brand names, merchandise, or logoworks in my artwork are intended to infringe on copyright, threaten commercial use or sales, imply incorrect intellectual ownership, or slander. Appropriate and creative measures are taken to avoid infringing on others’ copyrighted property or intellectual work, and to creatively transform said work as necessary for fair use. Depictions of copyrighted content or material within my artwork is intended as a means to positively engage with the property portrayed, such as creating "fanart.” The sale of artwork containing copyrighted work is not intended to infringe upon or damage the market for or value of any depicted intellectual property (IP).

COMMISSIONED ARTWORK AND CUSTOM DESIGN TERMS

I. I retain artist ownership to all art I create, and may use finished commissioned artwork as examples of my work on social media. You may request that your commissioned artwork remain private and unposted upon commissioning me, or deleted/removed from my websites and connected medias at any time after, for no additional fee.
II. I reserve the right to deny any commission, I will always try to provide reasoning for why.
III. Clients may freely use artwork they have commissioned from me for personal use, which includes but isn't limited to: use as social media avatars, profile pictures and headers; personal printing of the artwork in small quantities; displaying or posting of the commissioned piece on the client’s social media, personal galleries, or character profiles.
IV. Commercial use of commissioned artwork is not permitted without having been discussed with me directly during the commissioning process. I will require the purchase of a commercial licensing fee in all cases, the price of which may vary between artworks and clients. Artist royalties may also need to be paid, depending on the intended commercial usage of the art purchased.
   a) Commercial use includes, but is not limited to: use of artwork in branding or advertising, as graphics and emotes in which the client is collecting revenue or payment through sale, subscriptions, or donations; printing of the artwork as physical copies or merchandise for sale.
   b) Resale or transfer of commercial rights to the commissioned piece must be discussed with me by both parties involved in the transaction, in which case the commercial licensing fee and/or artist’s royalties must be renewed by the recipient.
V. Standard commission turnaround time can be up to 48 hours to up to 2 months, depending on how full my queue is. The client will be updated thoroughly throughout the commissioning process, and if anything comes up that may delay the commission reaching the client in a timely manner, the client will be notified promptly.
VI. All commissioned artwork must remain credited to me in some way that is visible when the art is being displayed. Credit for personal use is appreciated as a username mention on social medias or artist's credits to this website. Credit for commissioned commercial artwork must include a username/name mention and a link back to this website OR any affiliated social medias.
VII. Upon purchasing and receiving a profile transfer for a character I designed, you are granted full personal and commercial rights to the design. This applies to both commissioned custom designs and pre-made adoptable designs. No additional commercial license fee will be requested as it is implied to be included in the initial agreed-upon price of the design.
   a) Owners of my designs are free to redesign, resell and trade the design as they find fitting.
   b) I will never "revoke" a design from the current owner, and it is not my job to settle ownership disputes.

I am willing to/can draw the following:
Fandom-based species and Characters, Canon Characters from Media, Original Characters, Anthro and Furry, Humanoids, Animals, Objects, Closed Species Characters, Ship Art (between Canon Characters, Original Characters or a Mix), Light/Medium Violence, Pride Art, Light Armor/Mecha
Some Suggestive Not Safe For Work content- I will only discuss this type of artwork people over the age of 18.I am not willing to/cannot draw the following:
Hyperrealism, Explicit Not Safe For Work content, Pedophilic, Necrophilic, Zoophilic, or Incestuous Content, Transphobic, Homophobic, Queerphobic, Racist, Nazi, Zionist, or otherwise Hateful Themes or Symbols

PAYMENT TERMS

I. Payment for commissioned artwork is to be paid in USD via PayPal, Ko-Fi or E-Transfer via CAD for Canadian customers at request.
   a) If paying in CAD, the USD price will be converted using ppcurrencyconverter.com.
II. The agreed commission price must be paid in full before the completed artwork is started and delivered to the client. Payment plans may be discussed on a per-client basis.
III. If payment is not received when discussed to be paid and the client has failed to provide sufficient reasoning as to why, your commission will be cancelled with no refund and your slot will be forfeit.
IV. Refunds/Cancellations may not be requested by a client after a sketch progress shot has been delivered, but can be requested anytime beforehand for a full refund.
V. For whatever reason, if I feel I am unable to complete a client's commission, they will be notified and a full refund will be issued, regardless of the progress done on the illustration.
